So I took the top of those two pictures and then right around the same time a friend of mine took another picture of the same poster. I did a little google image searching on each of these pictures to see what the difference in results would be.

I find it notable that with my picture google images decided right away that it was something called “Cat Cult Vampire” and on Pic B. it decided that there were other images just like it but did not identify it as “Cat Cult Vampire”. It also did not bring me to the standard google images results page like Pic A. did. I think this has some interesting marketing implications. Like how to identify company logos in pictures automatically, in mass. So yeah…I dont have any solid conclusions but it was an interesting bit of research. That and that image is awesome enough that both me and my friend independently took a picture of it without either of our knowledge. Oh and lastly, it looks like that poster is from a California arts crew, why it’s in DC is a mystery to me…. Looks like it’s back to google.
